Dwight Stephenson is a Senior Vice President of Blue Vista Capital Management, a Chicago based real estate private equity firm. Dwight is responsible for overseeing the New Business Development function, which includes originating new transactions, cultivating operating partner relationships across the United States, and maintaining the transaction pipeline for the firm’s joint venture equity fund series.

Prior to joining Blue Vista, Dwight was a Vice President of JLL’s Capital Markets Group, where he focused on the acquisition, disposition and recapitalization of single tenant net leased retail, office and industrial assets totaling over $3.0 billion in total capitalization. A significant component of Dwight’s transaction expertise stems from sale leasebacks, build-to-suit developments, and corporate surplus dispositions. He also developed extensive relationships with investors and developers throughout the United States.

Dwight earned a BS in Business Management from the University of Notre Dame.
