Bob Mohr serves as founder and chairman of Mohr Capital, a privately held commercial real estate investment firm based in Dallas, Texas.

Mohr founded Mohr Capital in 2000, leveraging his amassed capital and national network of relationships to acquire, develop, and redevelop office, industrial, and retail properties. The firm has since completed over $2 billion in transactions.

in 1986, prior to founding Mohr Capital, the Indiana native formed Mohr Partners—a global corporate real estate advisory firm. Mohr Partners serves occupier clients in over 70 countries through 17 offices across the U.S. and three international alliances and today it is the largest firm of its kind in the U.S. As CEO, Mohr leveraged tech advancements to provide corporate tenants with integrated real estate solutions until selling the firm in 2017.

Mohr has been a Dallasite for the past 37 years. He is passionate about his community and volunteers with several Dallas-based charities including Jonathan’s Place and the St. Anthony School, and he is a board member of SMU Catholic Ministry. Mohr also teaches certification classes for the Council of Supply Chain Professionals and other organizations.

Mohr graduated from Indiana University and received his MBA from the University of Evansville and his three children are all proud alumni of Notre Dame. His two daughters were cheerleaders and his son-in-law played football for the Irish.
